There are no minimum orders. We do ask that you have assistance for
our delivery driver at your end of unloading.

PICK-UP ORDERS:
To save you time, we will phone you when your order is ready to pick-up. We make a concentrated effort to load your
truck quickly to reduce your turn-around time, provided the truck arrives during our regular loading hours. The best
planting methods used will be of little value if plants are not handled properly above ground. Consenquently, we
feel 5 days is adequate time to schedule you pickup and we cannot be responsibel for plant material not picked up with 5 days
after notification. It is to your benefit and responsibility to provide adequate tarps and ropes to properly
secure the load before leaving the nursery.
Nursery stock from Davis Tree Farm has been inspected by
the Ohio Department of Agriculture and is certified to be healthy and true to name.
Anyone selling or distributing
nursery stock is required by law to obtain an annual license from the Ohio Department of Agriculture.
Payment Methods
For your convenience we accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
All
prices are F.O.B. Valley City, Ohio and are subject to change without notice. Prices, when listed, cancel all previous
quotations. Terms are net 30 on approved credit. All new accounts
are cash on delivery until credit line is approved. Past due accounts will be assesses a 1.5% service charge per month.
Any accounts 90 days or older will automatically revert to cash basis.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations will not be accepted within 5 days of scheduled pick-up or delivery date. Substantial cancellations
may affect future orders. Any plants unclaimed by scheduled shipping/pick-up date will be subject to restocking fee
of 20% of the value of the order.
LIABILITY: At
the time plants are picked up at our nursery, the buyer assumes full responsibility. If delivered by a trucking company,
the liability ends when the plants are loaded on the carrier truck. Delivery by Davis Tree Farm liability ceases upon
delivery and acceptance of products by the buyer or his agent.
CLAIMS:
All claims must be made immediately at the time the shipment is received. In no case shall the liability of Davis Tree
Farm exceed the original invoice value. No guarantee expressed or implied as to productivity, liability or rate
of growth after plants leave our nursery.
CUSTOM
TAGGED ORDERS: You will be required to assist your costumer on tagging material. If your customer
is unaccompanied, retail pricing will be charged, even for orders to be picked up by your company at a later date. Plants
may be tagged no sooner than 7 days prior to pick-up.
